Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and enhance CT examinations to ensure optimal imaging quality.
- Prioritize and manage urgent and emergency imaging requests effectively.
- Adhere to ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) standards for radiation safety.
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to support families throughout the imaging process.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certification and licensure as a CT Technologist.
- Experience in pediatric imaging is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
