Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis management strategies tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation and clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards, supporting effective communication and collaboration within the care team.

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies to accurately evaluate client needs and outcomes.

  • Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client engagement and progress.

  • Participate in all licensing and accreditation activities, demonstrating accountability and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards of care.

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to resources and support.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote programs, develop partnerships, and explore funding opportunities.

  • Pursue continuous professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and relevant meetings to enhance expertise and contribute to agency representation.

Qualifications\n
