Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Provide advanced care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Monitor and operate GE B650 cardiac monitors and ventilators.
- Engage in therapeutic hypothermia and invasive hemodynamic monitoring.
- Participate actively in Code Blue and Rapid Response teams.
- Facilitate patient care conferences and bedside care transitions.
- Ensure patient safety through consistent application of AIDET protocols.

- Valid New Hampshire RN license at the time of submission.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Experience in Medical and Surgical ICU settings.
- Competence in ventilator care and therapeutic hypothermia procedures.
- AIBP experience and CCRN certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills focused on patient and family interaction.
