Make a difference in the lives of elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work in a supportive school environment, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals. You'll serve one elementary school, collaborating with a fellow SLP to deliver essential services and empower students to reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP certification required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Skilled in conducting assessments, writing reports, and delivering therapy in 1:1 and group settings
  • Excellent communication, collaborative, and organizational abilities

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Split a caseload of 40-45 students alongside another building SLP
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to both individuals and small groups
  • Complete thorough evaluations and write comprehensive reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Manage therapy planning, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Support the academic and social communication needs of students

Position Details & Perks:

  • Consistent schedule from 8:00am to 2:40pm, totaling 32.5–35 hours per week
