The world’s leading manufacturer of food processing and packaging equipment is seeking a qualified Sheet Metal Department Team Lead to join their motivated team in Pembroke, NH.

Full Responsibilities:

• Supervise the sheet metal team, providing training and direction. Recruiting, approving timecards, performance reviews & employee resolutions.

• Review engineering drawings and specifications to plan sheet metal processes and select tools and equipment.

• Coordinate with our engineers to ensure laser and brake press processes align with project requirements and quality standards.

• Manage and participate in the sheet metal operations, including CNC Laser and brake press programming, setup, and operation of equipment.

• Maintain equipment, oversee tooling inventory, and purchase raw materials & tools.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Required

• Technical or vocational training in brake press and laser operation. Preferred

• 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication - bending, rolling, and cutting (8 years without Technical or Vocational Training). Required

• 2 years of experience supervising a team of brake press and laser operators. Required

• Ability or experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Required

• Knowledge of or experience with sheet metal techniques, cutting tools, and bending and rolling equipment. Required

• Experience with CNC programming (e.g., G-code). Preferred

• Must pass an initial background check and drug screening. Required
