Key Responsibilities\n
As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions, utilizing video chat to conduct assessments and provide therapeutic support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Counseling clients on an individual basis, addressing their mental health concerns and therapeutic goals through effective communication techniques.
- Encouraging clients to express their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
- Advocating for clients by assisting them in setting and achieving attainable personal goals, promoting proactive behavioral changes.
- Evaluating client mental states and creating customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, individual needs, and your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your clients will predominantly consist of stable adults classified as low acuity; thus, you will not be required to handle severe mental health cases. Each client is thoroughly screened before receiving services, ensuring that you are matched with individuals aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences. Qualifications\n
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
