Goldfish Swim School Milford is hiring a part and full-time Front Des Representatives to be the friendly first point of contact for families in our Milford, MA location. This role exists to create a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver “WOW” customer service to members and guests
- Support class scheduling, accounts, and billing questions
- Help drive enrollments by sharing membership options
- Keep the front area organized, including light cleaning

Required qualifications/skills:
- Comfortable speaking with children and parents
- Strong communication, basic tech skills, and organization
- High energy, dependable work ethic
- Ability to pass background examinations prior to training
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

A Typical Shift

You’ll open the lobby, get the day’s class flow in front of you, and greet families as they arrive. Between waves of check-ins, you’ll answer phones and messages, update schedules, and help parents understand next steps. During busier moments, you’ll stay calm, keep lines moving, and coordinate with the deck team so transitions feel easy. As the shift winds down, you’ll reset the space so the next block starts clean, organized, and ready for more smiling swimmers.
