Key Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching Certification
- Proven experience using ABA methodologies
- Familiarity with the IEP process
- Experience working with elementary students (Kindergarten - 2nd Grade)
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately 11 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with 3 dedicated paraprofessionals within an ABA program for students with autism
- Engage in effective communication with staff and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring
