Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching Certification
  • Proven experience using ABA methodologies
  • Familiarity with the IEP process
  • Experience working with elementary students (Kindergarten - 2nd Grade)
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately 11 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with 3 dedicated paraprofessionals within an ABA program for students with autism
  • Engage in effective communication with staff and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring
