Step into a fulfilling contract role working with elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll provide essential support in one building, working as part of a collaborative speech team to deliver impactful services from now through June 15, 2027. Day-to-day, you’ll split a caseload of 40-45 students with another on-site SLP, serving students individually and in group settings. Your schedule runs weekdays from 8:00am to 2:40pm, with a weekly commitment of 32.5-35 hours.
Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, preparing comprehensive reports, leading IEP or eligibility meetings, and providing direct therapy services to support communication growth and developmental goals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP licensure in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in an elementary school environment preferred
- Strong clinical evaluation, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both group and individual formats
- Complete thorough evaluations and accurate documentation
- Attend and participate in meetings regarding student progress and needs
- Collaborate with peers and school teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Communicate with families about student interventions and progress
