Job DescriptionPosition Overview / Department Overview:

This role involves providing specialized nursing care for pediatric patients diagnosed with cancer and blood disorders, including those receiving hematopoietic stem cell transplants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the nursing care for children facing cancer and blood-related conditions.
• Collaborating with a healthcare team focused on delivering family-centered care.
• This is a 36-hour work week position, featuring a rotating schedule of days and nights, with every third weekend required.

Minimum Qualifications Education:

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.

Experience:

• A minimum of two years of experience in an inpatient acute care setting; experience in pediatric oncology or pediatrics is highly desirable.
• Possession of a BSN.
• APHON Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification is preferred.

Licensure / Certifications:

• Current RN Licensure in Massachusetts is required.
