**Job Summary
**
The Medical Assistant is responsible for taking vital signs, height and weight, performing EKGs and phlebotomy, ensuring patient areas are clean, organized, and stocked, monitoring, ordering, and maintaining medical equipment and supplies, ensuring they are clean, sterile, stocked, and within expiration dates, performing point-of-care (POC) testing, and scheduling diagnostic and lab tests.

**Requirements
**
<ul>
<li>
High school diploma or GED required. 
</li>
<li>
Minimum 1 year of experience required. 
</li>
<li>
Web-based application navigation required. 
</li>
<li>
MA, EMT, SNA, or LNA certification/diploma with at least 5 months of patient care required. 
</li>
<li>
Epic experience required. 
</li>
<li>
Point-of-care (POC) testing required. 
</li>
<li>
Experience scheduling diagnostic and lab tests required. 
</li>
</ul>
You should be proficient in:
<ul>
<li>MA, EMT, SNA, or LNA certification</li>
<li>Medical Assistance</li>
</ul>
