Job DescriptionNOW HIRING: Production Planner
We're looking for an experienced Production Planner to join a fast-paced manufacturing team!
What you'll do:
Develop and manage production schedules
Ensure materials are available to meet production deadlines
Coordinate with Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Program Management
Monitor inventory levels and identify material shortages
Analyze forecasts and production demands
Track KPIs and recommend process improvements
Help keep production running efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field
✔ 2–5 years of production planning experience in manufacturing
✔ Experience with ERP/MRP systems
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Electronics manufacturing experience (PCB/PCBA or similar) is a plus
