Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance & Resident Service Technician

???? Territory: Merrimack Valley, MA & Southern New Hampshire
???? Primary Areas: Methuen, MA & Manchester, NH
???? Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
???? On-Call Rotation: 1–2 weekends per month
???? Pay Range: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll help ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

???? Complete maintenance requests and repairs efficiently and professionally
???? Perform general maintenance including:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Painting
• Drywall
• HVAC troubleshooting

???? Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
???? Repair appliances, fixtures, leaks, switches, and building systems
???? Support seasonal maintenance and groundskeeping tasks
???? Participate in rotating on-call coverage (1–2 weekends monthly)
???? Maintain company standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
✔️ Ability to work independently across multiple trades
✔️ Must live within 30 minutes of the Merrimack Valley area
✔️ Own basic maintenance tools
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔️ Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused mindset
✔️ Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and using hand/power tools
✔️ Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
✔️ Comfortable using technology and mobile work-order systems (training provided)
