Key Responsibilities\n

- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns, promoting resilience and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for your clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, delivering immediate assistance when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and connect them with relevant community resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to meet legal and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our services.

Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Preference may be given to candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree.
- Must hold a current and valid license to practice as a mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated experience in providing culturally aware mental health care and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Excellent communication skills along with an empathetic and patient-centered approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
