Schedule:
2nd Shift | 1:30pm – 10:00pm, Monday – Friday
Pay:
$25.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Mold products using hydraulic, robotic, and manual presses or molding equipment to compact mix and form basic shapes.
- Apply a variety of methods, procedures, and finishing techniques to achieve quality results.
- Perform minimal density tests to ensure molded pieces meet tolerances and conform to specifications.
- Use a wide range of measuring tools, hand and power tools—including a tamping gun—to properly mold and finish products.
- Work with a variety of molding materials and recognize distinctions between different mixes for pressing and finishing.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of molding materials and product characteristics.
- Familiarity with measuring tools, hand and power tools, and tamping guns.
- Keen attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Previous molding, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required.
