Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language support services to students under SLP supervision
  • Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Accurately maintain documentation and student progress records
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
