Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language support services to students under SLP supervision
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Accurately maintain documentation and student progress records
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
