Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Estimatorfor our constructionclient to start immediately up to $85K annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our clientupon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and bid submissions for heavy highway, municipal roadway, and related construction projects.
- Review construction plans, specifications, and bid documents to identify project requirements, quantities, and scope of work.
- Calculate anticipated labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs using established pricing and productivity guidelines.
- Enter and maintain project quantities, cost information, and supporting documentation in estimating software.
- Work closely with the senior estimator and branch leadership to review estimates, resolve missing information, and meet bid deadlines.
- Coordinate with operations teams to confirm resource availability, project schedules, and practical execution requirements.
- Support estimates for traffic control, pavement marking, roadway signage, and related services.
- Identify potential scope gaps, pricing discrepancies, and cost risks before bids are finalized.
- Assist with bid tracking, pipeline reporting, and comparisons of estimated costs against actual project results.
- Communicate with contractors, customers, and internal teams to clarify project details and support bid follow-up.
- Learn and apply company estimating procedures, cost structures, safety expectations, and value-based bidding practices.

Schedule/Shift Details: First shift
- Overtime as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy highway, roadway, or related civil infrastructure construction.
- Construction estimating experience strongly preferred; candidates with relevant project management or civil engineering experience and exposure to estimating may also be considered.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, bid documents, and quantity takeoffs.
- Familiarity with estimating software or related construction technology; experience with HCSS HeavyBid is a plus.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Foundational understanding of job costing, unit pricing, labor productivity, and material and equipment costs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids while meeting deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with estimators, branch leadership, and operations personnel.
- Willingness to learn established estimating processes and grow within a support-focused estimating role.
- Familiarity with state Department of Transportation requirements, municipal specifications, or public roadway projects is preferred.
- Experience with traffic control, pavement striping and marking, or roadway signage production and installation is a plus.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Financial Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Avon, Massachusetts; no travel is expected.
