What We're Looking For
-
Active Massachusetts RN license or ability to obtain
-
BLS/CPR certification
-
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
-
Compassionate approach to resident care

Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
What You'll Be Doing

Provide and coordinate individualized nursing care for residents
-
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
-
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
-
Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, families, and the care team

Maintain accurate clinical documentation
-
Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care
