Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and formulate detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Employ evidence-based screening tools to enhance clinical assessment and improve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive positive behavior support plans.
- Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a crucial liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate access to services.
- Establish and nurture communication channels that align with contract standards and uphold Alvita’s mission.
- Forge relationships with local and state agencies to promote programs and seek potential funding opportunities.
- Participate in your professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings.
- Champion the agency's mission, values, and methodologies in every aspect of your work.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support the overall operational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
