Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate detailed treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive positive behavior support plans.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support the overall operational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Alvita, you will service a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. Your role will focus on promoting recovery and resilience through personalized support, focusing on holistic well-being and community integration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• Current independent LMHC license is required, with support provided for out-of-state licensed professionals seeking Massachusetts licensure.
