Job Description

Shape positive student outcomes and make a real impact with this contract opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position serves students district-wide and offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, running from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evidence-based behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans that meet individual student needs.
Implement and monitor intervention strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to maximize student progress.
Provide direct support and behavior consultation to students, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and school teams.
Partner with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication and ongoing support for students in both school and home environments.
Build and sustain cooperative relationships with external agencies supporting students and their families.

Desired Credentials and Experience:

Hold the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
Master’s degree in psychology, special education, behavioral analysis, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience working as a behavior analyst in educational settings.
Strong background in developing and overseeing intervention plans for school-aged children.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
