Shape positive student outcomes and make a real impact with this contract opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position serves students district-wide and offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, running from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evidence-based behavioral assessments and develop tailored intervention plans that meet individual student needs.
- Implement and monitor intervention strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to maximize student progress.
- Provide direct support and behavior consultation to students, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and school teams.
- Partner with parents and caregivers, ensuring open communication and ongoing support for students in both school and home environments.
- Build and sustain cooperative relationships with external agencies supporting students and their families.
Desired Credentials and Experience:
- Hold the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Master’s degree in psychology, special education, behavioral analysis, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as a behavior analyst in educational settings.
- Strong background in developing and overseeing intervention plans for school-aged children.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
