Northeast Properties, a rental property management company based in Worcester, is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician. We're a property management company — not an HVAC shop — which means this job works differently than most in the trade.

What you'll do:
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in our rental units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues
- Handle routine maintenance and seasonal check-ups
- Keep clear records of work completed at each property
What we're looking for:
- Basic HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience — entry-level candidates welcome
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Good communication with our team and tenants
