A position is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services, offering a unique opportunity to support students' mental health and educational development remotely. Key qualifications and experience include:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Expertise in telehealth service delivery within educational settings
- Ability to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret results accurately
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and students in a virtual environment
- Experience in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Location: Chicopee, MA (telehealth service delivery).
Primary responsibilities entail:
- Providing psychological assessments and consultations to students via telehealth platforms
- Collaborating with school personnel to support students' academic and emotional well-being
- Designing and implementing intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Documenting assessments, recommendations, and progress notes in compliance with educational regulations
- Participating in virtual meetings with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and needs
