Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRNAyer, MA$60–$65/hour | PRNWe are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity in Ayer, MA. This flexible position offers the opportunity to work directly with residents who need support with communication, cognition, and swallowing while collaborating with an experienced rehabilitation team.What You'll DoEvaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilitiesDevelop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and clinical findingsProvide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagiaMonitor progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriateEducate residents, families, and caregivers on supportive strategiesComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary teamWhat We Offer$60–$65/hourFlexible PRN schedulingSupportive rehabilitation environmentVaried short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseloadCollaborative interdisciplinary teamQualificationsActive Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license requiredMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programStrong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsSkilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not requiredNew graduate SLPs are welcome to applyIf you're an SLP looking for flexible PRN hours while helping residents make meaningful progress in communication and swallowing, we encourage you to apply.
