We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant 6 to 2 to join our team at Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation, part of the Allaire Health Services network. About the Role:

As an LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant 6 to 2, you will provide high-quality care to our patients and residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, such as walking, getting out of bed, and using the bathroom
• Maintaining patient records and reports
• Participating in care conferences and contributing to the development of patient care plans

Requirements:

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
