Job DescriptionRN / LPN Unit ManagerRN Salary: $95,500 - $100,000 per yearLPN Salary: $83,000 - $90,000 per yearAndover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing leadership team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead an assigned nursing unit, mentor a dedicated nursing team, and help deliver exceptional care to our residents.QualificationsActive Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.Long-term care experience preferred.Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.ResponsibilitiesAs our Unit Manager, you will:Oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit.Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.Investigate resident incidents and update care plans as needed.Conduct wound rounds and oversee wound care treatments.Administer medications and treatments.Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to promote quality resident outcomes and regulatory compliance.BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k).Paid time off.Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
