Early Childhood Lead Teacher - Daycare & Preschool
The Learning Experience - Natick, MA
Pay: $24-$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Natick is hiring experienced Early Childhood Lead Teachers across our programs. Opportunities may be available in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms based on your qualifications, experience, preferred age group, and current center needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an engaging and developmentally appropriate early childhood classroom
- Create meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities
- Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Support language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Establish positive classroom routines and use positive guidance
- Observe children's development and maintain required documentation
- Mentor and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
- Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
Qualifications
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
- Professional childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience required
- Infant-Toddler and/or Preschool qualifications welcomed
- Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible, dependable, and passionate about working with young children
