Job DescriptionSpecialty * CRNA Coverage Needed * 5/1/2026 - 9/30/2026 Schedule * No Clinic, only OR * Can offer flexibility in schedule * Four 10 hour days with tiered end of day * Shift hours 0700-1700 or 0700-1900/2000 * Call split evenly * Weekday: End or OR sched until 0700 next day * Weekend: End of OR shed Friday until 0700 Monday Procedures * General ANES * Gyn * ENT * Urology * Ortho * GI * IR * Endo * EP * MRI * Ophthalmology Required Procedures: * General * MAC * Regional (spinals) * Labor epidural Job Details * 25 bed rural hospital * 1 procedure room, 1 Endoscopy Suite * Traditional ACT model Requirements * NBCRNA * Active VT License (can take IMLC) * BLS/ACLS/PALS * Must be TEE certified (or have testamur status) * Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship preferred but not required Support Staff * Made up of 1 MD and 5 CRNA's * Team Based Model with MD supervision. Independent call. We have a collaborative group of MD and CRNA who support each other for on-call questions and big cases * Residents * Anesthesia Techs * Patient Support Assistant EMR * Epic
