📋 Role Overview:
\n • Provide respiratory therapy care in an acute care hospital setting
\n • Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and respiratory treatments
\n • Support patients across all age groups
\n • Work closely with critical care and medical teams
\n • Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient progress
\n • Document patient care and treatment plans
\n

✅ Requirements:
\n • Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License
\n • CRT or RRT accepted
\n • BLS certification required by start date
\n • NRP certification required (or willingness to obtain shortly after start)
\n • Minimum 2+ years of acute care experience preferred
\n • Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages
