Med-Surg RN | Gardner, MA
\n 🩺 13-Week Contract
\n 📍 Location: Gardner, Massachusetts
\n ⏱️ Shift: Evenings | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
\n 🕒 Schedule: 40 hours/week | Every other weekend & holiday
\n 💻 EMR: Meditech
\n Requirements
\n Graduate of an accredited nursing program
\n Minimum 3 year Med-Surg experience
\n 1 year Telemetry experience
\n 1 year Pediatrics experience
\n Current, active Massachusetts RN license
\n ACLS required upon hire, OR active BLS with AHA ACLS obtained within 60 days of hire
\n PALS preferred
\n Strong professional, communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
\n Responsibilities:
\n Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
\n Administer medications and IV therapy safely
\n Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient conditions
\n Provide patient and family education
\n Care for surgical patients and manage pain
\n Maintain accurate clinical documentation
\n Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team
\n Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
