Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing detailed treatment plans.
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using tailored evidence-based modalities, ensuring therapeutic approaches align with each client’s specific goals.
- Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health issues or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to offer holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, medication options, treatment strategies, and available community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.
