Schedules Available
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Four 10-hour shifts)
Compensation & Shift Breakdown
- 1st Shift Target Range: $17.00 – $26.25 / hour (Base wage based on experience)
- 2nd Shift Target Range: $18.70 – $28.88 / hour (Reflects the $17.00 – $26.25 base wage + a 10% shift premium)

What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC equipment safely, loading and unloading parts with care.
- Use basic gauges and measurement tools to check parts and keep clear inspection records (we’ll train you).
- Keep production on pace to meet required output and workflow targets.
- Identify and escalate issues such as worn tooling, material defects, or machine variations to your supervisor.
- Follow detailed work instructions and comply with all OSHA and Orion Castings safety policies.
- Support general production and housekeeping tasks as needed.

Physical Demands
- Regularly remain at a designated production workstation for extended periods.
