This full-time opportunity allows you to work remotely, providing crucial mental health services through our innovative telehealth platform. In this role, you will be part of a thriving virtual work environment, which has been specially crafted to support telehealth services. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our therapeutic team collaborates through advanced technology platforms that allow for seamless interaction with clients. While our core hours are set, we recognize the importance of flexibility in accommodating client schedules and emergencies that may arise.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain clients' needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that empower clients by providing them with tools to navigate their mental health challenges.
- Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and positive health outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients who may be experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate and compassionate support.
- Keep detailed and confidential clinical documentation that meets legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient information is secure and accurately recorded.
- Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your expertise and collaboration within the team.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health therapy to continuously integrate new knowledge into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
As a therapist at Cape Hope Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds who are facing an array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

- A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Demonstrable experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.
- Experience providing therapy to varied populations, with a commitment to creating an inclusive therapeutic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
