Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain required certification.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Experience or coursework relevant to school settings is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 10-14 students each week.
- Deliver 10-14 hours of direct services and 2-4 hours of indirect services, tailored to students’ individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate student records.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to foster students’ academic and social success.
- Consult and advise classroom staff to support students' communication goals.
- Attend IEP meetings, providing expert input to help guide effective interventions.
