Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough and thoughtful comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and design individualized treatment plans.

  • Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions that address specific client needs and goals.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards set by industry regulations.

  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors—to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
