CNC Machinist Opportunity $32 - $35/hour - Direct Hire

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and programming CNC lathes and/or milling machines, working with a variety of metals, and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines.
- Manufacture machined tooling and machined weldments to specifications.
- Work with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings.
- Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers, verniers, and micrometers.
- Ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make programming or setup adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating and programming CNC lathes and/or milling machines.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
- Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment, including calipers, verniers, and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay:
$32.00 to $35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
