- Location: North Billerica, MA
- Schedules:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Four 10-hour shifts)
- Pay Transparency:
- 1st Shift Target Range: $17.00 – $26.25 / hour (Base wage determined by experience)
- 2nd Shift Target Range: $18.70 – $28.88 / hour (Reflects the $17.00 – $26.25 base wage plus a 10% shift premium)

Role snapshot
- Load/unload parts, start cycles, and monitor CNC operations.
- Identify malfunctions (e.g., worn or damaged cutting tools) and escalate appropriately.
- Use basic measurement tools; document results in inspection logs.
- Hit production rate targets with consistency and care.
- Follow detailed work instructions; comply with OSHA and Orion Castings safety rules.
- Report suspect materials/conditions to your supervisor; perform other duties as assigned.
