Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. This is an opportunity to provide hands-on resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Pay Range: $39.00-$41.50 per hour
Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical staff.

Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate electronic medical records.

Work collaboratively with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to support resident needs.
Qualifications

Active Massachusetts LPN license required.

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
