What you’ll bring:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, in good standing
- Previous experience working with children in school or clinical settings preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive, proactive approach
- Ability to follow individualized education and behavior plans closely

What you’ll do:
- Provide one-to-one behavioral and academic support for a first-grade student
- Implement tailored ABA interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on student progress and behavioral responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and therapists
- Engage daily in reinforcement techniques to encourage progress and participation
- Assist with behavior management and de-escalation strategies as needed
- Support the student’s social and emotional development within the classroom environment
