About the Role:
As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans

Implementing and modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals

Providing direct patient care, including but not limited to, exercises, modalities, and manual therapy

Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

Participating in wound care and pressure ulcer prevention programs

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current licensure in the state of Vermont

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
