Key Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Previous school or youth support experience preferred
Ability to engage with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Strong communication and organizational skills

Major Responsibilities:

Monday to Thursday: Meet the student at Sanborn High School, accompany her on the district bus to Impact Academy in Dover (and back), providing gentle encouragement and guidance
Provide light academic assistance in the afternoons, mainly with History coursework
Fridays: Accompany and support the student at her car detailing internship, offering standby assistance and encouragement; support general tasks at Sanborn High School as needed
Provide transportation companionship, ensuring the student feels comfortable and supported throughout the day

Hours range from 35–37 per week, providing steady engagement with weekends free. Transit support to Dover and local internship sites is included. The school environment fosters a collaborative and student-focused atmosphere.
