- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Experience in the wire and cable manufacturing industry.
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.
- Experience with electrical testing equipment, test methods, and data analysis.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications.
- Experience with SPC, PFMEA, process validation, and root cause analysis tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management systems.
