Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Falmouth, MA
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days & Evenings
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Every other weekend and holiday
Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
Pay Rate: $29–$31/hr

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Take and document vital signs
- Assist with oral care, nail care, catheter care, and basic care needs
- Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
- Assist with wheelchair mobility, transportation, repositioning, and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain resident rooms and change linens
- Prepare and serve food trays
- Document food/fluid intake and output
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
