Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

• Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)/ MSPT from an accredited program .
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and technologies.
