Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client histories and presenting issues, using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients develop coping strategies and address their concerns.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations.
- Engage collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to enhance treatment approaches and improve overall client care.
- Participate in regular peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases and share insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling the development of individualized treatment approaches.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical scenarios effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
