Job Summary\n
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n

- Provide care for post cardiac catheterization and EP recovery patients.
- Monitor telemetry equipment and stay vigilant for changes in patient's cardiac status.
- Deliver safe and effective care for patients undergoing procedures such as TAVR, ablation, and pacemaker insertion.
- Collaborate with the charge nurse, PCT, and monitor tech to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain documentation using Allscripts system per facility standards.
- Adhere to scheduling requirements, including working every other weekend and floating to like units as needed.

Qualifications\n

- Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac patient care.
- Knowledgeable in post-procedure care for TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, and related procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient care.
