Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, including crafting pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical assessment process to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies, enhancing our clients' lives.

• Engage in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the organization's high standards of care.

• Act as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, advocating for our clients and connecting them with essential resources.

• Maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders to promote the mission and values of Molina Behavioral Health within the community.

• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to facilitate program promotion and secure funding.

• Pursue professional development opportunities, including attending workshops and seminars, representing the agency at conferences, and participating in statewide initiatives related to mental health.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing acute and chronic mental health issues, those in recovery from substance abuse, and persons with developmental disabilities. This role will allow you to tailor your therapeutic approach based on individual needs, fostering meaningful connections that lead to improved health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
