Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, including crafting pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical assessment process to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies, enhancing our clients' lives.
- Engage in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the organization's high standards of care.
- Act as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, advocating for our clients and connecting them with essential resources.
- Maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders to promote the mission and values of Molina Behavioral Health within the community.
- Build and sustain relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to facilitate program promotion and secure funding.
- Pursue professional development opportunities, including attending workshops and seminars, representing the agency at conferences, and participating in statewide initiatives related to mental health.
- Embed the agency's mission and philosophy into your daily practice, ensuring that all interactions reflect our core values.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
