Key Responsibilities\n

- Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, creating a safe space for open communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide individual and couple counseling sessions, facilitating discussions that lead to greater understanding and resolution of issues.
- Lead group therapy sessions that foster peer support and community healing in a structured environment.
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans based on evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practices.

Qualifications\n

- A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
