Key Responsibilities\n

  • Establish and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, creating a safe space for open communication.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

  • Provide individual and couple counseling sessions, facilitating discussions that lead to greater understanding and resolution of issues.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Strong foundation in mental health diagnostics and therapy methodologies with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
