Key Responsibilities\n

- Engage with clients through regular counseling sessions, offering both individual and group therapy as indicated.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and therapy sessions in compliance with clinic standards.
- Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to refine therapeutic approaches and discuss case management.

Qualifications\n

- Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

- Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
