Support students and educators in a vital role that makes a real difference each day. Multiple opportunities are available for dedicated paraprofessionals to work in both 1:1 and classroom environments. Contract positions offer steady hours for the duration of the academic year, with schedules aligning to Middle or High School hours.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working or volunteering in school settings is preferred
  • High school diploma required; no additional certifications or higher education needed
  • Ability to obtain and provide three completed references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviewing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting student success
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow district guidelines and routines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to individual students or small groups, either as a 1:1 aide or in a classroom support capacity
  • Follow plans designed by teachers and special education staff to help students with assignments, activities, and transitions
  • Monitor and encourage student participation, engagement, and appropriate behavior
  • Support students in meeting educational and behavioral goals
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with students, educators, and staff
  • Maintain a respectful, safe environment for all students

These contracted paraprofessional roles offer consistent daytime schedules, concluding each day mid-afternoon, and run through mid-June 2027. You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience in both middle and high school settings, while contributing meaningfully to students’ academic journeys.
