Paraprofessional | Education Support Professional (ESP) | Behavior Interventionist (BI)
Location: St. Albans, VT
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Pay Range:
Paraprofessional/ESP: $20-$27/hour
Behavior Interventionist: $24-$32/hour
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals, Education Support Professionals (ESPs), and Behavior Interventionists (BIs) to support students throughout the school year in a welcoming northern Vermont school district near the water!
Multiple full-time opportunities are available supporting students in K-8 classrooms, with a variety of behavioral and educational support needs.

Paraprofessional support
Education Support Professional (ESP) roles
Behavior Interventionist (BI) positions across K-8 grade levels
Responsibilities:
Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students
Assist teachers with classroom activities and individualized student needs
Implement student support strategies and behavior interventions
Support students in developing positive academic and behavioral skills
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school teams
Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting students with behavioral needs preferred
Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
Ability to work collaboratively with students and school staff
Interview Details:
Interviews available Wednesdays or Thursdays from 7:30 AM-12:00 PM
In-person interviews preferred, but virtual options can be accommodated
